A Celebration of Life will be held 2pm Saturday, March 15, 2008 at Praise Center 5640 District Blvd. #105 for Quentin Theodore Sisney, 41, of Montgomery Village, Maryland who passed away February 1, 2008. Pastor John Maroney will officiate and interment will follow in the spring at Greenlawn Southwest Cemetery. Ted was born September 28, 1966, in Downey, California to Mr. Quentin Sisney Sr. & Mrs. Carrie Ann Holiday, Ted attended High School in Bakersfield, California. One of 6 children, he was raised by his mother and step father Ray & Carrie Holiday. Most everyone who knew Ted will remember him as fun loving and humorous, and one of the most caring people they've known. When he walked into a room, it somehow became brighter because he was there. He loved spending time with his family and at family gatherings he was the life of the party, if you weren't laughing when you arrived, you would be before you had to leave. Ted was so proud of all his nieces and nephews whom lovingly called him “Uncle Ted”. He was employed by Marriott Residence Inn in Bakersfield, California before transferring to Marriott in Maryland where he had worked for the past 10 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carrie & Ray Holiday & Quentin Sisney Sr. He is survived by his Brother Joe Haas of Phoenix, Arizona, Sisters Maritta Conner and husband Mike, his twin Sister Nina Sisney & Laquitta Johnston all of Bakersfield, Robin Mooers and Husband Jim of Webbers Fall, Oklahoma, 9 Nieces, and 5 Nephews,( AMBER, LINDSEY, GREGORY, JACKIE, JESSICA, DAVID, JARED, BRANDY, CHEROKEE, FAITH, JAMIEE, MEGAN, STEVEN, RYAN, & DAMON).. as well as numerous relatives and a host of friends.
